Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. For delivery enquiries to other locations, please contact us before placing an order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). After dispatch, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard delivery: 10–14 business days
  • Express delivery: 7–10 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is £3.99. Express shipping is £7.99–£9.99 depending on destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over £50. The exact cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, adverse weather, or due to courier delays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@alviaactive.com and we'll investigate with the courier.

Sizing & fit

What sizes do you stock?

Most pieces are available in XS through XXL. Availability per piece is shown on each product page. See our Size guide for body measurements in cm and UK/EU conversions.

How does Alvia sizing work?

We follow general UK women's sizing as a starting point. Individual pieces can fit differently — always check the size details on each product page before ordering.

What if my piece doesn't fit?

You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Full terms in our Refund policy.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. All prices are in GBP (£).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Email support@alviaactive.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If we haven't dispatched it yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel. Once it ships, follow the returns process.

Do I need to be 18 to order?

Yes — our terms require buyers to be at least 18 years old. See our Terms of service.

Returns & refunds

How do I return an item?

Email support@alviaactive.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs — we recommend tracked shipping.

Which items can't be returned?

Accessories (headbands, socks, bags, water bottles), items marked final sale, and items showing wear or washing cannot be returned.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few extra days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Email support@alviaactive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Materials & care

What are your pieces made of?

Fabric composition varies per piece. Exact materials and care instructions are listed on each product page.

How should I wash my Alvia pieces?

Care instructions are on the garment label and the product page. As a general rule for activewear: machine wash cold with similar colours, tumble dry low, do not bleach, do not iron print.

We don't make sustainability claims we can't back up. Our focus is on pieces designed to last more than one season.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment — we're online only.
