SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Alvia Active. We are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for every order.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. For delivery enquiries to other locations, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a separate dispatch notification once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard delivery: 7-10 business days

Express delivery: 5-7 business days

Total time from order placement to delivery includes 1-2 business days of processing plus the shipping time above.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping: £3.99
Express Shipping: £7.99 - £9.99 (depending on delivery location)
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £50

The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, etc.), adverse weather, courier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.

8. LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local courier depot. If it cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will open an investigation with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

9. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier is unable to complete delivery and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery requests.
