Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Alvia Active order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our full returns policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odours, marks, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@alviaactive.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alviaactive.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are missing their original tags. Sale items are returnable under the same conditions as full-price items unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
