We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
UK Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50
Delivery estimates are from the date of despatch, not the date of order. During busy periods (e.g. sale events or new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Tracked Shipping
All orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive tracking information in your despatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Failed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your despatch confirmation, please contact us at support@alviaactive.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once despatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.
