3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. We make every effort to display stock availability accurately, but cannot guarantee availability at the time of order.

4. Orders and Contract

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, which acknowledges receipt of your order. A binding contract is formed only when we despatch the goods and send you a despatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are incorrectly priced or unavailable.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later, subject to eligibility and Klarna's own terms). Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted connections.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We aim to despatch orders within 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Alvia Active or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvia Active shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
